A month of emailed trade receipts, selected for export

Short answer: If your receipts from trade counters and suppliers arrive by email, BillyBox can fetch a month of them from Gmail or Outlook. It shows each document with the supplier, amount and date it could read, and lets you export just the ones you marked business as a single ZIP.

What the records show for one customer

On the day one customer signed up:

1. They connected one Gmail inbox and fetched the current month.
2. Documents were marked. About 260 rows were marked business or ignore within roughly six minutes. These are record timestamps, not a measure of how long anyone spent.
3. A business-only export was created. Less than 20 minutes after signup, a ZIP of nearly 200 files had finished and a download link was issued.

You don't have to mark every document before you export.

How it works

• Mark documents with B (business), P (personal) or I (ignore) on a computer, or swipe on a phone. You can also select several at once.
• Suggestions: BillyBox can suggest business, personal or ignore. You decide.
• Export what you marked: choose Business when you export, and you get a ZIP of those documents in folders by classification (and other grouping where it applies), with a manifest listing the files.

Good to know

• BillyBox finds what reached the inbox you connected. If some suppliers email a different address, connect that one too.
• Some suppliers email a link instead of attaching a PDF. If the link needs a login, BillyBox can't fetch the original; the email itself may be kept as a PDF instead.
• Ask your accountant what they need for each purchase.
