What does "2 months free" mean?
You can fetch invoices from up to 2 different calendar months for free (your signup month + 1 past month). Exports are always unlimited. Upgrade to fetch more months.
Can I re-fetch the same month?
Yes! Re-fetching a month you've already fetched is always free, regardless of your plan. The limit only applies to new months.
Are there invoice limits?
All plans have unlimited invoices. Process as many invoices as you need.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, we offer a full refund within 14 days of your first payment if you're not satisfied. No questions asked.
Is it safe to connect my email?
Yes. BillyBox uses OAuth for Gmail and Outlook (no passwords stored), or app-specific passwords for IMAP. Access is read-only — we never modify, send, or delete emails. You can revoke access anytime from your Google/Microsoft account settings. Operated by Hormesis SRL (Romania, EU), GDPR compliant.
Does it handle invoices from Bolt, Google Ads, AWS, Stripe?
Yes. BillyBox captures invoices three ways: PDF attachments (Railway, Anthropic, GitHub), download links in email (Bolt — we follow the link automatically), and PDFs generated from text-only notifications (Cloudflare, OpenAI, Vodafone). For portal-only invoices (Google Ads, Stripe fees), download manually and upload them to BillyBox.
What happens to my invoices if I cancel?
Your account stays — you can still log in and re-download any month you previously exported, free of charge. Nothing is held hostage. We never delete your data unless you explicitly request account deletion.
Which email providers do you support?
Gmail (OAuth), Outlook/Hotmail/Live (Microsoft OAuth), Zoho (IMAP), and any IMAP server with app-password support — Yahoo, ProtonMail Bridge, GMX, Web.de, custom domains, and more. You can connect multiple accounts.
How do I share invoices with my accountant?
One click — BillyBox exports a ZIP with Business and Personal folders plus a CSV centralizator with all extracted data (vendor, amount, currency, date, invoice number). Compatible with Saga, SmartBill, WinMentor, and any accounting software that imports CSV.
