We want you to be completely satisfied with BillyBox. If you're not happy with the Service for any reason, we offer a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. No questions asked.

Our refund policy applies to:
- First-time subscribers only
- Requests made within 14 days of your first payment
- All subscription plans (Starter and Pro)
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, simply contact us at support@billybox.app with:
- Your account email address
- The word "Refund" in the subject line
We'll process your refund within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
After the 14-Day Period
After 14 days, we do not offer refunds for subscription payments. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal, and you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
