1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using BillyBox ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BillyBox is an invoice management tool that helps you organize, classify, and export invoices from your email accounts. The Service connects to your email via secure IMAP to scan for invoice attachments.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Email Access

To use the Service, you grant BillyBox permission to access your email account via secure IMAP in order to:

• Search for emails containing invoice attachments
• Download PDF, XML, and image attachments
• Store these attachments securely for your review

We do not modify, send, delete, or label emails, and we do not access email content beyond what is necessary to extract invoice documents.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your email credentials are encrypted at rest using industry-standard encryption. Invoice documents are stored securely and are only accessible to you. We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data.

6. Subscription and Payment

The Service offers a free plan with limited features. Paid subscriptions unlock additional features and capacity. Payment terms and pricing are displayed during the checkout process.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

8. Refunds

We offer a full refund within 14 days of your first payment if you're not satisfied with the Service. No questions asked. This applies to first-time subscribers only. To request a refund, contact us at support@billybox.app.

9. Limitation of Liability

BillyBox is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data or business interruption.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
