How to download your Amazon Business invoices

On Amazon Business, an invoice is available 24 hours after the order ships. Download one from Your Orders, or up to 2,000 at a time from the Order Reports page in Business Analytics.
Download Amazon Business invoices by hand
One order: open Your Orders
Go to Your Orders and select Invoice next to the order. Administrators: select View All Orders in the menu under the page title to see every order on the account.
Many orders: open Business Analytics
Go to the Order Reports page in Business Analytics and use Download order documents to download up to 2,000 invoices at a time.
No invoice? Request it from the seller
Some sellers don’t provide a downloadable invoice. In Your Orders, select Invoice and then Request invoice from the seller. Only the person who bought the item can request it.
- Who sees which invoices: requisitioners see their own orders, group administrators and Finance users their groups’ orders, and account administrators every order on the account.
- Items with a downloadable invoice say “Downloadable VAT invoice” on the product page. Administrators can restrict or block items without one.
- To get invoices on which you can claim VAT, add your VAT registration number under Business Settings › Manage VAT.
What arrives by email
The Amazon Business help page describes invoices in Your Orders and Business Analytics; it doesn’t describe an email copy. As on personal Amazon accounts, expect to download them.
