How to find your Apple receipts

Steps last checked:

Apple emails a receipt for your purchases; search your mail for “receipt from Apple” or “invoice from Apple”. Your full purchase history, including subscriptions such as iCloud+, is at reportaproblem.apple.com and in the App Store on your devices.

Find an Apple receipt by hand

  1. Search your email

    Search your mail for the words “receipt from Apple” or “invoice from Apple”, and check which Apple Account each receipt was sent to.

  2. Or see your purchase history online

    Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple Account to see a list of your purchases. If you know the amount but not the item, search for the amount.

  3. Or on your iPhone or iPad

    In the App Store, tap your photo or initials, then Apps & Purchase History, then Purchase History. Tap “Last 90 days” at the top to choose a longer period.

  4. Or on your Mac

    In the App Store, click your name at the bottom of the sidebar, then Apps & Purchase History, then Purchase History.

  • Apple may group several purchases and subscriptions into one bill.
  • If an item is missing, you may have bought it with a different Apple Account: sign in with that account and check again.
  • Purchases made through a developer’s own payment system instead of Apple In-App Purchase aren’t in Apple’s purchase history; the receipt comes from the developer.

Apple emails a receipt for purchases. Its refund page suggests searching your mail for “receipt from Apple” or “invoice from Apple”, and says a pending charge gets its email receipt once it goes through.

Where can I see all my Apple purchases?

Why can’t I find a purchase in my Apple history?

You may have used a different Apple Account, Apple may have grouped it with other purchases into one bill, or it was paid outside Apple In-App Purchase, in which case the developer has the receipt.
