How to download your Uber receipt

Uber emails a receipt to the address on your account at the end of each trip. For a PDF, open the trip in the app and choose Download PDF on the receipt, or download the trip’s invoice on riders.uber.com.

Download an Uber receipt or invoice by hand

  1. Open the trip in the app

    Select Activity from the app menu and choose the completed trip.

  2. Download the receipt

    Tap Receipt to see the price breakdown, scroll to the bottom and choose Download PDF. Resend email sends the receipt to your registered email address again.

  3. Or download the invoice on the web

    Sign in at riders.uber.com/trips, open My trips, click the trip, select View Detail and then Download Invoice in the top-right corner.

  4. Or get the invoice in the app

    On the trip’s Ride details screen, tap View invoice, choose the invoice you need and tap Download to save it as a PDF.

  • If a receipt doesn’t reach you, check the spam or junk folder of the email address on your Uber account, and check that address in the app under Account › Settings.
  • For trips requested through a partner app (for example WeChat), the receipt is in the Uber app.

What arrives by email

Uber’s help page says that at the end of each trip, your receipt is sent automatically to your registered email address.
